Remember the feeling?  Waiting outside the office, sometimes hearing the Crack!! Howl!! coming from within. Your stomach churning, the sudden jump as the door opened and your predecessor emerged, teary eyed, rubbing his/her bottom, then the seemingly endless wait in silence with only the tick of the clock to distract you from your impending fate.

Then the silence broken by the dreaded "Enter!!"
